Wake up knowing exactly who to talk to, who to follow up with, and who needs a welcome today, without the notes app, the spreadsheets and the guesswork. The Marketing Command Center, Network Marketing Version, is a private dashboard for people who build a business by talking to people. It keeps your name list, your invitations, your presentation attendance, your follow-ups and your new teammates’ first days in one place, so no one you meant to reach quietly slips away. It works with any company, because it connects to none, and your list stays on your own device.
Do not take my word for it: open the Live Demo, invite someone, import an attendance report, and watch your Pipeline move.
Built for people who invite, show, follow up and help new teammates get started, in any company and any product category.
Who it's not for: companies or upline leaders who want to watch a team's numbers (each person owns their own list, and nothing here reports to anyone), anyone looking for leads to buy or a tool that messages people for them, and anyone who wants a replacement for their company's back office, ordering or compensation system. It is a private dashboard for the person doing the work.
I have been successfully involved in network marketing for more than 30 years, and in all that time I wanted a tool like this one: a single place for my list, my invitations, my follow-up and my team. I looked for it and never found it.
I am also a hospice liaison managing a two-county territory in South Carolina, so I built the first version for that work, and I use it every day. I know exactly what the job looks like at 7am: what I need to see, what I need to remember, and what falls through the cracks when I don't have the right system.
Every tool I tried was either built for managers to track reps, or it required a subscription, an IT department, and three training calls just to log a visit. Nothing was built for the person actually in the field. So I built it for myself, and I use it every day.
Network marketing has the same gap. The pipeline is people, not accounts. Their day is invitations, presentations and follow-up. A name in a phone. A guest who registered and never heard back. A new teammate whose first few days nobody planned. The dashboard was most of the way there, so I added what was missing.
That is Team Builder. I wrote every starter message and checklist from scratch so you can make every word your own, and I built it so it is yours alone: no company login, no upline view, no report going anywhere. No venture funding. No development team. Just a field marketer who got tired of working without the right tool.
"I have personally used my Marketing Command Center for the last 5 months and have been able to completely remove three separate spreadsheets, two calendars, and an entire clunky CRM. The best part is, all day long I can keep up with everything in my business on my phone — without ever having to open my computer."
Team Builder is built on this same dashboard. Everything in this quote is included in the Network Marketing Version.
This isn't about the Marketing Command Center. This is what is already happening with whatever you use now, or with nothing at all.
Most people don't say no. They say “let me think about it,” and then nobody follows up. A name in your phone and a good intention is not a system, and the people you meant to circle back to are the ones you never hear from again.
Someone registered, watched most of the presentation, and the right next move was that same night. Without a clean list of who stayed to the end and who left early, the best follow-up window closes while you are still sorting a report.
The first few days decide whether someone gets started. If their welcome steps live in your head, you will miss one, and a person who was excited on Monday is quiet by Friday.
List apps, autoresponders, schedulers and trackers add up month after month, and every one of them stops working the day you stop paying. Here it is one payment, and you own the file.
The people you have built a relationship with are what you work for. If that list lives inside a platform someone else controls, you can lose access the day a subscription lapses or a company changes. Here it is a file on your own device that you can export any time.
Your prospects are yours. A tool that reports your activity to anyone above you is oversight, not a system. This one has no login, no upline view and no report that goes anywhere.
Those are the five steps across the top of Team Builder, and you can rename every one of them. Every name you add is a real prospect in your Pipeline, Tasks and Goals, so nothing is typed twice. Nothing here sends a message. You send each one yourself.
Add a name and it lands in your Prospects and your Pipeline. Mark someone invited and three reminder tasks appear. Paste in a presentation report and the Pipeline moves on its own. Mark someone joined and your goal goes up by one while a welcome checklist starts on My Team. Reopen a lead and the goal drops back, with their team record marked inactive, not deleted. It works front to back and back to front. One entry. No second copy. No stale numbers.
Add one name or paste a whole list at once. A meter tracks your list goal, and a “Who do you know?” prompt helps you remember people by group: family, friends, colleagues past and present, neighbors, clubs, online contacts and referrals. Tag each person as a customer, a builder or either. Then star the people you most want to reach first, and a timer shows how many you have contacted so far. It turns the start of a new list into a short, doable sprint instead of a long, scary one.
Pick the person, pick an angle, add one personal line, and choose the session you are inviting them to. The message is written with their name, the day and time, and your tracked link. Edit it freely. Copy it, or open it in your own Messages or email. You send it yourself, then tap I sent it: the person moves to Invited and three reminder tasks appear (confirm the details arrived, a heads-up before the session, a short resend).
Add your upcoming presentations, webinars or meetings by pasting a list. Your personal link or ID is added to every invitation, so each registration is credited to you. After a session, paste the attendance report your company system gives you. The dashboard matches its column names, shows you who moves to Attended, who signed up but did not attend, and anyone who is not on your list, and changes nothing until you review it and tap apply.
People who attended and are waiting for a check-in, and people who confirmed but did not attend, each get their own card with a message in your voice. Log the follow-up, mark someone joined, or set them aside with a reminder for 30, 60 or 90 days. Someone who stayed to the end gets a different message than someone who left early, and you send each one yourself.
Mark someone joined and a welcome checklist and countdown start, with a deadline on every item. See where each person is on your growth steps, when you last thanked them, their next check-in date, why they signed up and what they hope for. A weekly thank-you goal and ready-to-send messages make small recognition a habit. All of it is private to you.
A plan with three stages, your start date and your own targets. Each week you score eight areas from 1 to 10 and write down what went well and what you will change. The stage names, the areas and the length of the plan are all yours to change.
Every invitation, follow-up message, checklist, daily target, growth step and weekly question starts as a neutral draft written from scratch, and every one of them is fully editable. Rename every step, tag and group. Setup runs in two parts, your business first and then Team Builder, and ends with one personalized file. It sounds like you, not like anyone else’s script.
Your people, notes and plans stay on your own device. Nothing is uploaded and nothing reports to anyone above you. If you ever send your setup for a review, your Team Builder names are removed from that copy first. Team Builder is for you, not for anyone above you.
Every screen below is from the Live Demo, filled with sample people who do not exist. Nothing is mocked up.
Team Builder sits on top of the full dashboard. You get all of this too, set up around your own business.
Met someone at an event or a market table? Photograph the card and copy its text with your phone’s own text tool (Live Text on iPhone, Google Lens on Android), then paste it in. Name, title, company, phone, email and address fill in for you. One tap saves the person, sets a follow-up task and starts their relationship score. Made a mistake? One Undo removes everything. The dashboard itself uses no outside service.
A short setup wizard builds your dashboard around your answers. Name your lead sources, your products, and your pipeline steps. They become your tabs, your goal columns and your pipeline, in your language, not a template’s. Import your own contacts from a spreadsheet, or add them as you go.
A starter calendar pre-fills your Events tab with holidays and seasonal touchpoints, with ideas and draft emails ready to go. Add, edit and delete your own to make it fit your business.
Planning a week of coffees, market tables and customer visits? Priority-scored routes with drag-and-drop scheduling and single-tap Google Maps multi-stop navigation. Add any prospect or single-stop address and pin today’s must-see stop so it always comes first. No wasted windshield time.
Every person on your list, color-coded by how recently you touched them: green is warm, red is drifting. It works from day one, because everyone you import shows up as Never visited, then turns green as you reach out. A single screen tells you who to contact next.
Every morning your Brief opens with Today’s Top 10: the ten people most worth reaching today, ranked, with the reason each one made the list. It pulls from overdue contacts, open pipeline that needs attention and your top-tier people not yet contacted. Your day starts with total clarity, not a blank screen.
Follow-up is where most people quietly stop. Pick who to follow up with, and the dashboard lines up a short series of emails, each followed the next day by a text, written in plain words and fully editable. Each morning it shows who is due. One tap opens the message in your own email or Messages, already filled in with their name. Meeting someone new? A Quick intro button opens your standard first message and can start their series from the same screen. If someone asks you to stop, one tap takes them out of every campaign you have running. Every email and text you send also counts as a touch automatically. You read it, you send it, you tap Sent. Nothing goes out on its own, and a reminder before each send keeps you on the right side of the email and text rules.
No bloat. No features you'll never use. Just the tools that move the needle every single day — all of them in your file from day one, alongside Team Builder and the Signature Features above.
See your monthly targets and real-time progress the moment you open the dashboard. In this version the columns are Customers and Team Members, so you see both at a glance.
Your morning briefing: goal pace, overdue contacts, high-priority people, and open pipeline at a glance.
Every prospect from first conversation to Won. Log, Admit, Lost: only a Won counts toward your goals, so your numbers always match your work.
Every person, every touch, organized by relationship tier so you always know who needs attention and when.
Every next step captured with a due date and a type (call, visit, coffee, email and more), attached to a person or your general list, so nothing slips between conversations.
Everyone you set aside for later, every open prospect and anyone who joined and paused, in one view. It shows where a friendly check-back is worth your time.
Alerts and notes on what is happening around you, so a change in your market never catches you by surprise.
Drives to meetings, markets and customers become deductible dollars, with trips detected while the dashboard is open and your permission given, or added by hand. Tag each Business or Personal.
A single tap opens your Google Calendar week view directly from the dashboard. Your appointments and your people live side by side, with no switching apps.
Every person gets a live 0–100 relationship score built from recency, frequency and last outcome. Tap it to see what is driving it.
Your Hot and Warm people are flagged the moment they go quiet, so a warm conversation never goes cold without you knowing first.
See which sources actually bring you people who say yes: personal contacts, social media, events, team referrals and cold outreach.
Calls and messages are counted separately from time in person, so you know the difference between staying in touch and actually showing up.
A trend bar on every card shows your last five outcomes and whether the relationship is improving or slipping.
Every market table, coffee morning or event gets its own attribution, so you see which outreach actually brings people in.
The momentum of your pipeline over time: pace, conversion and trend, so you see a slow week before it shows up in your monthly numbers.
A real-time feed of everyone you added today, with no digging through filters.
A single tap from anywhere logs a new prospect the moment you meet them.
Backup reminders, daily safety snapshots and a status chip that is always visible, so your list never quietly disappears.
Coffees, presentations and meetings scheduled and linked to your task list. Reschedule once and the linked task moves with it.
A single-tap summary of your week, goals, pipeline and tasks, opens in your email app already addressed to you.
Add a task or log a touch by talking between stops. It uses your browser's built-in speech service, so it needs an internet connection and works in Chrome on Android; on iPhone and most computers the voice button may not respond, and everything it does can be done by tapping.
A single freeform scratchpad for anything that does not have a home yet, one tap away, autosaves as you type.
An optional password that keeps a borrowed or lost phone from opening your dashboard, with a one-time recovery code you save when you set it. A privacy screen, not encryption, set on each device.
Phone, tablet or laptop. A phone, Android or iPhone, needs a free Netlify account once to give your dashboard its web address. Your data lives in that device's browser, so use Export to move it to another device.
On a phone, add your dashboard's address to your home screen from your browser's menu. It gets its own icon and opens full-screen like an app, with no app store. Keep using that same icon each time.
Already have your people in a spreadsheet? Import them from a CSV in a minute. It only fills in what is blank and shows you what will change first. Export your list back out any time. Your list is yours.
No cloud database. No subscription. Nobody watching your list. Your data stays on your own device and exports to a simple file you own completely.
This is not another tool you open once and forget. This is your daily operating rhythm.
Paste in the sessions you will invite people to, check which stage of My Plan you are in, and set your targets. Walk into Monday with the week already in motion.
The Brief opens on Today’s Top 10, a ranked list of who to reach first. Team Builder’s Today screen shows who needs you, your daily numbers and your next session. There is nothing to plan.
Add names the moment you think of them. Send an invitation written with their name, the time and your tracked link, tap I sent it, and the reminders set themselves.
In a few minutes the Pipeline knows who stayed, who left early and who missed it, and tomorrow’s Follow-Up cards are ready with a message for each.
Check your new teammates’ welcome checklists, thank someone on purpose, and set tomorrow’s plan. You close the day with a clear head because everyone is accounted for.
The demo is the full Network Marketing Version, loaded with invented people (nobody real). It opens with a guided tour, 48 steps and about 13 minutes if you take every one, that walks you through Team Builder and the rest of the dashboard, and you can leave the tour at any time to explore on your own. Invite someone, import an attendance report, mark someone joined, open every tab. It resets every time you open it, so there is nothing to break and nothing to set up. Just open it and go.
The Network Marketing Version is a single payment — no subscription, ever.
By purchasing, you agree to the Software License Agreement.
Set up on a computer first. Your phone comes after, once your dashboard is ready.
Nobody to wait on. You pay, you download, you set it up around your business, and you start.
Click Get the Network Marketing Version. Stripe’s secure checkout opens. You pay a single $399 payment — no subscription, nothing to renew.
The moment your payment goes through, you land on a thank-you page with your Download button. The same link is emailed to you, so you always have a copy. Open it on a computer: on a phone, the page hides the Download button and offers an Email this page to myself button instead. A second email with your password, license key and the download address follows within a few hours. No email within a few minutes? Check your spam folder, then contact Rachel, our AI assistant, at (864) 732-9225. She will escalate to Troy if needed.
Save the file somewhere easy to find, like your Desktop, and double-click it. A short setup wizard asks how your business works, and you can load your existing list from a spreadsheet. Then it sets up Team Builder: your steps, your link or ID, your sessions and your wording. At the end you download your personalized file; that is the copy you use from then on.
Use your Getting Started guide for your first week. Priority support is included for 30 days from the day you receive your password and license key. Rachel, our AI assistant, can handle all your customer service needs, including escalating to Troy if needed. The wizard’s last screen also offers an optional setup review: send your setup-only file (it contains no contacts and no Team Builder names) and Territory Won replies within 48 hours.

Yes. You can import people from a spreadsheet (CSV) during setup or any time later. It only fills in what is blank, never overwrites what you typed, and shows you what will change first.
After a presentation, you paste the report your company's system gives you. You match its column headings once in setup. The dashboard shows who stayed to the end, who left early, who signed up but did not attend, and anyone who is not on your list. Nothing changes until you review it and tap apply.
No. It is an organizing tool, not a business opportunity or an income promise. Your results depend on your own work and your company. What it does is help you stop losing track of the people you are already talking to.
